The TV show that changed my life

Hi, my name is Sandra Pettry and I want to share with you my weight loss story. Like so many other women out there I was over weight. I no dieting expert or anything but what I did do was find a system of dieting that worked, and worked well. I am hoping after you read my story that you too will find a diet plan that works for you.
How I got my extra pounds in the first place
Many people think that heavy people get that way because theyre lazy. Truth is, many woman, just like me, gain extra weight because of life. Having kids and working behind a desk all day can sure take its toll on you after so many years. Who wants to come home after a full day of work, put the kids to sleep, and jump straight on the treadmill? Not me, thats for sure.
I was one foxy looking lady when I was in my twenties, 132 pounds and blond hair. A real looker but no super model. After the birth of my first son I retained 10 pounds. After I was done having two more kids I managed to gain a total of 31 pounds. It was a few years after the birth of my last child that I hit my heaviest.
When I saw one day that I was 163 pounds I was ashamed. I starting looking into diets and even tried all the most popular ones at the time. Nothing ever produced real results for me so I just gave up.
I don’t think my girlfriends even fully understood why I stopped going out with them to public places. I hated how I looked and hated how I felt even more. I did stop dieting because there seemed to be nothing that could work. At my heaviest I was 187 pounds and then I seem a TV show that changed my life.
